...we call it River Valley Community Church.
River Valley is a community of people devoted to the truth of the Bible and who are striving to be like Jesus.
Truth, transparency, and authenticity are important to us at RVCC, and we look for ways to incorporate those into everything we do.
We are a simple and streamlined church without a lot of programs.
We are a new church looking for people with vision and energy to impact our community for Jesus Christ.
We are not perfect people. We strive to be honest about our struggles and seek Biblical answers to move us beyond the habits that got us there.
Together, we are on a journey to become the church Jesus had in mind.

Our Church Vision
We envision a church that will nurture the spiritual growth of adults, youth, and children through Bible study, small group discipleship, and fellowship. Our aim is to disciple individuals and bring them into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through the study and understanding of God’s Word, to help them develop a Christ-like maturity, and to equip them for their ministry in the church and their mission to the world in order to bring honor and glory to God’s name.
We envision a church whose members have an enthusiasm for studying, embracing, and applying the Word of God in their lives. Our aim is that members will have great expectations for living out God’s standards based on Scripture, founded in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and directed by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
We envision a church that will share the Gospel and bring people to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ in a true salvation experience. Our aim is to be mission-minded with an enthusiasm for carrying out Christ’s Great Commission, both locally and globally.
We envision a church that is a fellowship created through the building of transparent, genuine, Christ-like relationships. Our aim is to produce a healthy church by developing spiritual leaders and mentors that will generate relevant, life-transforming opportunities which will encourage service to others that strengthens the entire body and supports the entire family.
